Information about data processing
Controller. AiAdvisors Romuald Członkowski, Polish tax ID (NIP) 1181924948. Contact for data matters: romuald@aiadvisors.pl.
Why and on what basis. I process your first name, last name, email address and company name (if you give one) to create your account in the n8n practice environment and on n8n-mcp.com and to send you the course access details. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you tick the second, optional consent, I will send news about the course and information about AiAdvisors services to the same address. You can also give that separate consent later, after registration: with one click on the page the email link leads to. I then record the date of the consent and the version of its text.
How long. The practice environment account is deleted automatically 14 days after it is created, together with your workflows. I keep registration data (first name, last name, email) until you withdraw consent or for 12 months of inactivity. The n8n-mcp.com account stays until you delete it yourself. I keep data processed on the basis of marketing consent until it is withdrawn. I also record the date consent was given and the date it was withdrawn.
Who has access. The providers whose services I use to run these sites (hosting, email), only to the extent needed for them to work. Your login in the practice environment is an alias, so other users do not see your email address.
Rules for using the environment. The environment is for learning, so don't enter your company's data there. The administrator can see the workflows in the environment. Abuse (spam, scanning, attacks) ends with the account being closed.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can withdraw any consent at any time (an email is enough). You can withdraw the marketing consent given after registration with one click on the same page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or with your local data protection authority. Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I can't create your accounts.
